In your groups you must all contribute to the discussions and decision making. Also, you must assign the following jobs: –
- Writer – will record the day’s decisions
- Monitor – will keep the team members on task
- Organizer – will make sure everything is as it should be, and make sure the discussion and work load is fair
- Gopher – will go and get various things needed by the group
These jobs will rotate through the group members. Everyday the responsibility will go to a new member of the group.
